This website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The terms we, us, our, and Wox Travel & Tour refer to Wox Travel & Tour W.L.L. The term you refers to the customer visiting the website and/or booking a reservation through us on this website, or through our customer service agents.
The Services offered by Wox Travel & Tour W.L.L. (“Wox Travel & Tour”) as defined below can only be used by customers who have first read these General Terms and Conditions and accepted them unconditionally. Customers undertake to fulfil the obligations contained within these terms and conditions. The agreement between Customer and Wox Travel & Tour W.L.L. comes into force as soon as Wox Travel & Tour W.L.L. provides written confirmation of a booking to the customer by email.
The person signing the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions) or confirming payment, warrants that they have full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose name appears thereon and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions. The said contract, including all matters arising from it, is subject to Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Bahrain courts. No employees or representatives of Wox Travel & Tour have the right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, nor are authorized to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of Wox Travel & Tour, unless given authorization in writing and signed by the CEO of Wox Travel & Tour. Wox Travel & Tour reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation.
We are headquartered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, stipulate that the governing law is the local law. Customers under the age of 18 are not allowed to make any transactions via website or any of the operating channels, therefore must not register in our website until they are eligible to do so.
Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following, should save and/or print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference when making a booking.
The default currency on the website is Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and United States (USD). Payment through the payment gateway will be processed and charged in BHD and USD. Prices in other currencies are indicative and subject to the exchange rate charged by your bank plus any transaction fee determined by the bank or other agency processing the transaction. This means the amount listed on your credit or debit card statement may be a different figure than the figure shown when making your reservations on this website. If you have any questions about these fees or any exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.
Your reservation will be only confirmed upon receipt of the payment at the time of booking. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notification will be sent to the customer via email to their registered email address within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. Please be aware that some of our airfares and land arrangements need to be paid in full at the time of booking and may carry a 100% cancellation charge. In these cases, you will be notified at the time of booking. Although every effort will be made to confirm your request at the earliest, kindly note that travel arrangements are not confirmed until you receive our written confirmation and Wox Travel & Tour reserves the right to make changes if required. Before a booking is confirmed, Wox Travel & Tour reserves the right to make amendments to the price of product due to any circumstances that are outside the control of Wox Travel & Tour. These changes can be related to governmental action, increases in transportation costs (including schedule airfares and the cost of fuel) changes in any dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services (including landing taxes, embarkation or disembarkation fees at airports), increases in admission fees and hotel rate adjustments or availability. Advertised prices are also subject to seasonal changes, exchange rates and may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please be aware that airfares need to be paid in full at the time of booking and may carry a 100% cancellation charge. For all other services the cancellation fees in the following paragraph "Cancellation by Customers" will apply. Online payments are accepted from VISA and MasterCard. Customers must retain a copy of all transactions that occur through the website. Each customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
Should the customer wish to cancel their flight or holiday packages at any given time, they should ensure that Wox Travel & Tour is notified by them at the earliest. Cancellations must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding. Such notification shall be deemed to have been given to us only at the time we receive the email or message from the lead passenger, as we can only act on the receipt of the same. Please ensure that you state your reason for the cancellation of the trip. Cancellation will be considered as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the table and any refunds will only be processed after deducting the charges pertaining to the trip like visa charges, insurance charges or any other cost that Wox Travel & Tour had to bear towards handling of the booking. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
The cancellation charges that will be determined are only applicable to the bookings made. Once the travel vouchers are issued through our website, the above refund policy will not be applicable and there will be no refund whatsoever.
The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to insufficient passengers or uncontrolled factors that do not allow the conduct of a safe tour or the delivery of services as described in the itinerary, including acts of God, war, transportation or other forms of strike, civil strike, war, threat of war, riot, pandemic, endemic, order from the Government of Bahrain and/or other countries or any other circumstances beyond the control of Wox Travel & Tour.
The company shall recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other similar tours to you. Should you decide not to accept the alternative tour, the company shall endeavor to refund all monies paid in full, subject at all times to the company’s partner’s refund policy. In the event of cancellation being due to insufficient passengers or inability to secure seats or accommodation, the company shall refund the amount you have paid.
The company and/or associated agents reserve the right to alter or modify with or without prior notice the itineraries, travel arrangements and hotel accommodation in anyway necessary, or withdraw the services of an accompanying tour manager, due to circumstances over which the operators have no control.
In events where Wox Travel & Tour is unable to provide the tour booked apart from the reasons mentioned above, Wox Travel & Tour will return the amount paid by the customer based on the cancellation policy as per the product (minus any costs incurred) or offer an alternative date or holiday of comparable standards. In such circumstances, holiday offered for alternative date or comparable standards, the difference in amount has to be paid by the customer. Since it is not possible to directly inform the customers about the changes or amendments that we are making, customers should ensure themselves to visit our website periodically. We reserve the right to make changes that are not significant and to correct minor or obvious errors in customer’s booking details at any time without any liability to the customer.
Any requested change cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. If any number of the party is prevented from travelling because of death, injury or serious illness of the customer, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service and the ticket has been booked, it will not be possible to transfer the booking to another person or change the departure date or tour of similar standard, but the company may take account of the sincerity of the situation to resolve the issue in favor of the customer. Wox Travel & Tour will not pay fees charged to the customer by the customer’s bank for processing the credited amount. Once hotel reservations have been confirmed, Wox Travel & Tour reserves the right to substitute hotels listed with others of similar category. Hotels reserve the right to close facilities due to operational reasons without prior notice.
In the event of a refund due to cancellation or changes to the booking, refunds will only be due to the customer in line with the rules and restrictions of the applicable suppliers as notified in the booking process.
No refund can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, which are included in the tour fares and not utilised by the tour member.
Refunds will only be made after Holiday Tours received the refunds amount from supplier. Customers should note that refunds from supplier may take up to 6 months.
All refunds shall depend on the exchange rate at the point of refund. Upon receiving the refunds from supplier, the amount (after deductions of administration fee) will be transferred back via the same payment mode of the original booking.
Wox Travel & Tour acts as the Travel & Tour Operator on behalf of the suppliers only and accordingly accepts no liability whatsoever for loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or any other irregularity arising. Wox Travel & Tour products and in particular adventure activities may contain an element of risk to the personal safety of the customer that other package holidays may not contain. By accepting these booking conditions, customers are aware of the risks inherent in their chosen travel and customers undertake such risks at their own volition.
Wox Travel & Tour accepts no liability of customer’s damages where Wox Travel & Tour has fulfilled its duty of care to customers by providing products of a reasonable standard. Wox Travel & Tour has no direct control over the provision of services or facilities by the relevant suppliers and hence we do not accept liability for errors or omissions by the suppliers. Wox Travel & Tour accepts no liability if there has been no fault on the part of Wox Travel & Tour or its' suppliers and the reason for the claimed damages was either the customer’s fault or a result of unusual circumstances beyond the control of Wox Travel & Tour by force majeure and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care. In respect of carriage by air, sea and rail and the provision of accommodation, Wox Travel & Tour’s liability in the said cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions. Wox Travel & Tour accepts no liability if additional costs to the customer are incurred through delay, accident or disruption of the product(s) beyond the control of Wox Travel & Tour by force majeure.
Wox Travel & Tour and their respective vendors are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any air carriers, hotels or other suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Wox Travel & Tour and their vendors have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments; the company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act/omission or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from. There would be no refund, if anyone is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
In the event the customer has a complaint about any of the product arrangements, the customer must raise the complaint immediately with an employee or legal representative so that Wox Travel & Tour can use its best resources to rectify the problem. Wox Travel & Tour cannot rectify a problem it is unaware of. Failure to complain immediately will extinguish or at least reduce Wox Travel & Tour's liability to pay compensation. Although every effort will be made to resolve a complaint to the customer’s satisfaction, it is specifically recorded that Wox Travel & Tour in no way accepts liability for any claim
Once a booking is confirmed, the final travel vouchers for the hotel, sightseeing and flight will be sent via email to the lead passenger at least 2 days prior to the departure date. If the customer does not present himself or herself at the departure of the trip, no refund will be issued. Wox Travel & Tour reserves the right to cancel a customer´s booking if full payment for the booking is not received in a timely fashion.
Reservations must be booked in the guest’s name as it is displayed on the passport. Name changes are generally not allowed. The guest will be asked for a passport or ID at the time of check-in. If the name on the reservations and the passenger’s passport/ID do not match, the guest will be required to make a new reservation.
At the time of making the booking, you must provide correct names in full, as they appear on your passport. Please note that airlines do not permit name changes on issued tickets. Wox Travel & Tour will not be held responsible for any charges that customers may incur for the incorrect submission of names. It is recommended that you submit a copy of passport while submitting preferred travel dates for your vacation.
For any customized package, you are free to cancel and request a refund within 24 hours, prior to issuance of flight and hotel vouchers, with a cancellation charge. Once the flight and hotel vouchers are issued, 100% cancellation charges are applicable as the booking has been confirmed. For detailed information, please read the cancellation policy as per the concerned tour.
All product information has been published by Wox Travel & Tour in good faith and Wox Travel & Tour will use its best resources to operate all products. Wox Travel & Tour reserves the right to change any of the facilities and services described in its website and publications and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of experience resulting from any change. Wox Travel & Tour reserves its rights to change selected hotel to hotel in the same category, due to any extraordinary circumstances.
The price of any holiday booked includes only the items specified. It does not include items of a personal nature including, but not limited to, personal insurance, transport to your outbound airport unless specified, refreshments, telephone calls, laundry, gifts, meals and beverages unless specified, optional excursions, passport and visa fees, porterage, gratuities or taxes, unless otherwise specified, which shall in each and every case be the responsibility of the customer. Hotel check-in, check-out times are fixed and there are no guarantees for early or late check-in, check-out unless paid for by the customer.
To avoid any unpleasant circumstances, kindly report for check in at least 3 hours prior to departure if you are flying on an international flight and 2 hours prior for all domestic flights. A valid Visa and passport are essential for all international travels. Please ensure to cross check the validity of your travel documents and have them handy to ensure hassle free travel. The customer is responsible for complying with the instructions of the airline and/or tour operator, in particular with respect to flight check-in times. In particular, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

The prices on the website do not include travel insurance. The Customer is therefore advised to take out insurance that covers the consequences of certain cases of cancellation and that also provides cover for certain special risks such as the cost of repatriation in the event of an accident or illness. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure any insurance policy taken out is adequate to cover their requirements.
The risks covered by these policies, as well as the cost and the amount of cover, are shown on the website only for the purpose of illustration. In the event that a policy is bought, the insurer will send the policy to the Customer. Claims must be submitted directly to the insurance company in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy. Customers are fully responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. Should the insurers dispute their liability for any reason, the customer will have recourse against the insurers only.
If an airline cancels or delays a flight, is unable to provide previously confirmed space, fails to stop at a Customer’s stop-over or destination point, or causes a Customer to miss a connecting flight on which a Customer holds a reservation, the Customer may be entitled to certain remedies from the airline. Wox Travel & Tour will not be liable for any delays prior to departure or during travel to any hotels / resorts brought about by airline technical difficulties, strikes, weather conditions or any other circumstances out of our control. Any expenses relating to these unscheduled extensions will be for the customer’s own account.
It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure their travel documents, necessary visas, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates that may be needed by the various Government authorities of the countries to be visited are in order.
As a guide, you must have an international Passport or other recognized travel documents which should be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of the departure from the last destination of your itinerary. The company shall assist you to obtain the necessary visas whenever possible. Service charges and visa fees levied shall be borne by the passengers. The visa approval is subject and at the sole discretion of the respective country’s Immigration Department / Home Office and Wox Travel & Tour is not liable for the outcome of the application.
If for any reason your application for the visa or necessary exit permit is rejected, the relevant cancellation charges as per cancellation charges table above shall apply.
The company cannot be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement, or refund of tour prices if any passenger is refused entry by a country on the tour for whatsoever reasons, including lack of necessary visa. Information about these matters is given in good faith by Wox Travel & Tour but without liability. It is important that you check all details provided on your travel documentation are correct upon receipt. If there are any inaccuracies, please contact the Wox Travel & Tour immediately. All customers will be personally responsible for ensuring they are in possession of the correct and necessary documentation prior to departure. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain correct, current and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Wox Travel & Tour will not be liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the customer failing to ensure he or she has complied with such requirements.

Please note: It can often take some time to obtain a visa, so customers are advised to apply in advance. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.
Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Wox Travel & Tour W.L.L. urges passengers to review any travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the concerned authorities prior to booking travel to international destinations.
All customers are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the brochure. Any customers with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking and make necessary arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a customer is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve Wox Travel & Tour from any obligations and liability.
Health: Recommended inoculations for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip. For medical advice regarding your journey, please contact your doctor.
Disinfection: Countries reserve the right to disinfect aircraft if there is a perceived threat to public health, agriculture or the environment. The World Health Organization and the International Civil Aviation Organization have approved the following disinsection procedures: spray the aircraft cabin with an aerosolized insecticide while passengers are on board or treat the aircraft’s interior surfaces with a residual insecticide while passengers are not on board.
Customers agree to accept the authority and decisions of Wox Travel & Tour and its supplier's employees and representatives whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such persons, the health or conduct of a customer before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the customer may be excluded from all or part of the tour without prior notice or any liability on the part of Wox Travel & Tour. In case of a customer’s ill heath, Wox Travel & Tour may make such arrangements as it sees fit and will recover the costs thereof from the customer. Customers agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries they travel. Wox Travel & Tour shall not be liable for any customers who commit illegal or unlawful acts whilst on tour.
